Track outcomes and recurring client needs to identify process improvements and opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention.

Manage the client service experience across bankruptcy and tax matters, serving as the primary point of contact from initial inquiry through case completion and post filing support.

Conduct bankruptcy and tax intakes by gathering client information, documenting goals and concerns, and ensuring required records are collected, organized, and ready for attorney review.

Coordinate consultations, deadlines, and case milestones, maintaining clear communication with clients while keeping internal workflows on schedule.

Support bankruptcy petition preparation by compiling financial documentation, verifying completeness and accuracy, and coordinating filing readiness with attorneys and external parties.

Assist with tax preparation workflows by collecting and organizing source documents, tracking outstanding items, and supporting timely, accurate submissions.

Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure sensitive client data is handled securely and consistently across all channels.

Partner with attorneys and operations to streamline client onboarding, improve documentation standards, and reduce back and forth through clear checklists and templates.

Provide ongoing client updates, respond to questions, and coordinate follow up actions to reduce confusion and keep clients engaged and informed.

Support BK Aftermath client payment reporting programs by coordinating documentation needed for credit reporting, tracking payment plan activity, and ensuring accurate records for monthly reporting.
